I could live in the expressions of the Sadie buns. She is too cute to handle! So are Lindsay and Tyler, who are awesome beyond belief. We trekked around South Park and visited the ever lovely Cafe Madeline, ran across the Miho truck, and got some ice cream at Daily Scoop before heading over to the park to play some games. It was a grand time. I love how engagement sessions are pretty much hours spent with friends. :)

When Addie had contacted me with her idea of a trash the dress/lifestyle session with finger paints and her two kids, I LOVED it! It was so fun to see these two again, with their beautiful children in tow. It was a grand time, and I’d do it all over again. <3

I am so, so thrilled to be sharing this wedding with you all. When I got the film images back, I nearly died from the beauty of them! (All the square images are film). old friends + wonderful people + TREES! = <3

I love that I have so many old friend’s weddings this year. I have known Carolyn since elementary school and many of my young childhood school memories included her. I was so excited when she reached out to me to photograph her wedding because I hadn’t seen her in years! To be honest, I was quite nervous about this day, because I knew I would be seeing some old faces, but my worry was totally unwarranted. :) I had a grand ‘ole time, and I was so honored to have been able to capture this day for them. Many years of love, life & happiness, you two!

P.S. I just loved her dress, and her HAIR! I’m totally loving all the braids I’ve been seeing lately. :) And of course, all the trees :D
