Photographing movement & dance is one of my upmost favorite things to do. Watching people speak through their bodies, to tell a story, to express an emotion. There are few things in life that are more beautiful than the gift to express through movement.

It makes me so happy to see you’re still doing these shoots. I love all of your photography, Susan, but there’s something really special about these dance photographs. You capture the dancers and their movement, but I can also so strongly feel you and sense your love of dance in the photos as well.
